how do we start working with you?

We're glad that you want to work with us. The process is simple. You can get in touch with us by completing the contact form, telling us about yourself and how you'd like to work with us. Then if everything is a good fit, we'll reach out to you to try and get some time on your calendar.

How do you know if we're a fit?

Suppose anything on our site or our online presence resonates with you. In that case, there's a good chance of us potentially being a good fit. But other factors like budget, timeline, and general vibe need to be determined for us to honestly know whether we are a good fit for each other. That's why we need to have an initial conversation. So get in touch!

How much do your services typically cost?

This is the big question, and the answer isn't so straightforward. It depends. We like to get a sound understanding of how much work will be involved, the timeline, and how much you can invest in making it successful. Once we thoroughly understand the project, we can suggest a quote encompassing all of your needs.

What is your approach to projects?

We try not to treat every project with the same approach. As Abraham Maslow said, "If the only tool you have is a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail." That being said, we do have general phases of your projects where we apply different tools. First, we start things with research and discovery, where we learn as much as we can and develop a strategy based on what we learned. Next, we get into creative exploration, crafting the initial concepts. Then we go into executions and applications, where we finalize the concepts. Lastly, we package it together for you and ensure you have everything you need. We don't operate behind closed doors. You'll be involved each step of the way, as you'll be involved with the decision-making before we to the next phase.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit for all projects for most projects before we kick things off. Depending on the length of the project, the remaining payment terms can vary.

Why should I use an agency instead of a freelance designer?

When you work with us, you get access to a team of creatives who work collaboratively to solve your creative problems.

What are your hours?

We honor the standard 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday, and follow the federal holiday schedule. For now, at least (who needs to be working on Fridays). Our team is virtual, and we're split across several time zones. That comes with its complexities, but it also has its perks. That being said, we value work-life balance at goodjuju, and we consider this when we scope the timeline of projects. We can't operate if we have an environment of constant burnout. If you're expecting your agency to work around the clock, perhaps we're not the right fit for you.

How do you handle revisions?

We handle revisions with 90% care and 10% side-eye. The 10% is only because we want to deliver on the first try. But we know those moments are rare.
